How to add an email to the white list (trusted)?

If you do not receive our letters, try adding the addressadmin@buy-accs.ruandadmin@buy-accs.netto the contact list of your mail service.

Here's how to do it for popular services: Gmail, Yandex mail, Rambler, Mail.ru.

For Gmail mailbox

To add our address to the white list, first log in to your mail account https://accounts.google.com

To add an e-mail to your contacts and avoid emails ending up in theSpam folder, create a contact.

Click on theGoogle Apps icon(nine dots in the upper right corner) and selectContacts.

 

 

Each Google account has its own set of icons, so you may have to scroll down the page.

In the window that opens, click the buttonNew contactin the upper left corner.

 

 

In the field "Email" enter our addressadmin@buy-accs.ruandadmin@buy-accs.net

 

Don't forget to press the button Save.

If emails continue to end up in "Spam", make sure thatadmin@buy-accs.ruandadmin@buy-accs.net is not on the list of blocked addresses.

For Mail.ru mailbox

To add our e-mail to your contact list, you must log in to the sitehttps://mail.ru

Next, open the link https://e.mail.ru/inbox

At the top of the page click the buttonAll projectsand furtherContacts .

 

 

SelectAdd contactin the upper left corner.

 

 

In the field "Email" enter the addressadmin@buy-accs.ruandadmin@buy-accs.net

 

 

Don't forget to click theSave buttonat the bottom left.

If letters still appear in "Spam", find them there, open and click the "Not spam" button.

For Yandex.Mail

In order to add our address to your contact list, you need toopen Yandex Mailusing the linkhttps://mail.yandex.ru .

Next click on the gear, click on the itemAll settings

 

On the page that opens, click the itemRules for processing letters

 

 

Scroll to the very bottom of the page and find the itemWhite list.

After adding to this list, with a high probability, you will no longer miss emails with orders from us.

Add both addresses of our stores to the white list admin@buy-accs.ruandadmin@buy-accs.net.

 

 

Additionally, you can add our addresses to your contact list.

To do this, click on the button again More and press Contacts.

 

 

On the page that opens, add both addresses to contacts

 

 

Now letters will always arrive inInbox, bypassing the SPAM folder.

For Rambler.Mail

To add an address to your contact list, you must log into your account on page https://mail.rambler.ru

Next, click onContacts (at the top of the page on the right).

 

 

SelectAdd contact.

 

 

Enter our addressadmin@buy-accs.ruandadmin@buy-accs.netin the field "Email".

 

 

ClickSave (if the button is not visible, scroll down the page).
