Refund Policy
In case of a refund (when it is impossible to replace accounts or they are out of stock), we offer the customer a full refund to the account in their personal account, minus the payment gateway fee.
For example, you made an order for 1000 rubles, and paid in the amount of 1050 rubles (50 rubles payment gateway commission), upon return we will return only 1000 rubles to your personal account balance.
We are in no way dependent on the size of the commission and do not receive these funds. Therefore, we return only the money received.
Refunds are made only if technical support agrees to give you a refund, and less than 24 hours have passed since the date of purchase.If you placed an order and after 1 month (or anything older than 24 HOURS from the date of purchase) write to us that you are not satisfied with something - there will be no refund!
If the client does not specifically agree to a replacement or exchange for another type, and only asks for a refund, the service is considered provided and the dialogue ends.
It will also not be available if you made an order, but suddenly you did not need accounts.
For example, if you purchased accounts, you received defective accounts. After contacting technical support, you will be assigned a request number and wait for a replacement product. If replacement is not possible (there are no accounts that can be sent to you as a replacement), you will be offered an exchange for another type of account (according to the amount, taking into account the conversion to paid funds).
In case you refuse to replace it with another type and replacing purchased accounts with a similar product is also impossible - we will force a refund to the balance of your account in our system.
In other cases, refunds are not made. For example, if the client purchased accounts and did not wait to receive a replacement and an offer to exchange for another type.
Reason: we bear the cost of returning funds, taking into account the commission on transfers, and at the time the replacement is sent, the client already receives a replacement.
To quickly resolve the issue, you need to inform:
- Your order number
- Indicate bad accounts, or what exactly doesn’t suit you
- Expect a refund or replacement of the product
We also remind all customers that the processing time for requests for replacement of goods or refunds (or another solution) is on average 1 day.Sometimes deadlines increase due to a massive influx of requests from clients.
Our service will never act in this way. All applications are serviced in the order of customer queue and application submission time.
The average time for consideration of an issue takes 3 - 48 hours, in some cases the time frame may be extended.
Our team is not responsible for your lost profits or problems caused by a bad product, it depends on the suppliers.
